Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We make every effort to process all orders within 24 hours. The faster we can get your order out, the faster you can feel good about our products.

We work on weekends too.  As long as the USPS ships, we will ship. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We ship with USPS unless the customer chooses faster shipping.  The USPS shipping rates allow us to offer low shipping rates to our customers.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Unfortunately, USPS will not ship our product to PO boxes because the shipment cannot be tracked. 

 We ship to APO/FPO addresses.  However, there is a delay of up to 5 days once it reaches the APO/FPO which we cannot control.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as the product ships along with the tracking number via email.  So it is important that we have your real email on file or the confirmations will not go through.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Uplift Florae, LLC] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Uplift Florae, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
